Drawing on historical flag designs and visual motifs from across the Pacific, the refreshed identity amplifies Pacific Islander voices and embodies the empowerment, pride, and unity at the heart of regional collaboration.

Driving the creative direction and identity behind the "Sponsor Connection" concept, the team reframed sponsorship as a personal relationship by pairing donors and children through shared traits like birthdays and hobbies. The campaign delivered a 266% year-on-year increase in child sponsorships, transforming Meta into one of World Vision Australia's top-performing acquisition channels.

Brought in to sharpen an existing campaign concept, the creative direction was reworked into "The Second Best Victorian Builder," a tongue-in-cheek proposition designed to rebuild brand trust and cut through the noise. The idea rolled out across OOH, digital, radio, and TVC, with brand-level executions crafted to land consistently across every touchpoint.
